These cookies will provide good food to everyone. Adding these to kids’ snacks will give them nutrition and tasty snack.
While baking these cookies, we can use an air fryer as well. At 180 degrees C for 12-14 mins, will also bake them in the air fryer.

INGREDIENTS
- Almond (ground) -1 cup
- Oats flour - 1/2 cup
- Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
- Coconut (grated) -1/4 cup
- Butter(unsalted) - 1/2 cup
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Salt -a pinch
- Vanilla essence -1 tsp
- Brown sugar(powdered) - 1 cup(as per taste)
- Chia seeds - 2 tbsp
- Choco-chip - 3tbsp

DIRECTIONS
1. Take a bowl and add grounded almond, oats flour, wheat flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix it thoroughly.
2. Beat the soft butter in a bowl using a spoon to make it more fluffy.
3. Add butter, vanilla essence, and sugar to the mixed flour.
4. Gently combine everything to make a soft dough. if needed a little bit of milk can be added to combine it into a dough.
5. Finally, add some Chia seeds and Choco chips to the dough and combine it nicely.
6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
7. In the meantime give shapes to the dough of your choice.
8. Bake cookies for 12mins at 180 degrees C.
Let them cool before you eat or store them.
