Crispy Paneer Recipe

Crispy paneer recipe is kids favorite always. Yummy for snack at home or in lunch box for school. To make it extra crispy the secret ingredient is in the list below. Do try the recipe!!!
Ingredients:
250g paneer (cottage cheese), cut into cubes
1/2 cup besan(chickpea flour)
1 cup cornflakes crushed(plain)
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Water as needed
Oil for frying
Instructions:
1) In a mixing bowl, combine besan, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, coriander powder, carom seeds, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt.
2) Mix well and add water gradually to form a smooth, thick batter.
3) Dip the paneer cubes into the batter, ensuring they are well coated. Now dip in the crushed cornflakes to cover it fully.
4) Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
5) Fry the coated paneer cubes in batches until they turn golden brown and crispy. Make sure not to overcrowd the pan.
6) Remove the crispy paneer cubes from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce as a delicious snack or appetizer. Enjoy your crispy paneer!
