Here's the recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tp baking powder
1/2 tp baking soda
1 cup non-dairy milk (such as almond or soy milk)
1 tb maple syrup
1 tb coconut oil
1 tp vanilla extract
Instructions:
ā1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and baking soda. In a separate bowl, mix together the milk, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
2. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (the batter will be lumpy).
