Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken shredded
  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
For Serving
  • Tortilla Chips
  • Celery Sticks

Equipment

  • Large mixing bowl
  • Baking dish
  • Spatula (optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C), and as it heats, combine the shredded cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing in a large bowl. Once combined, spread the mixture evenly into a baking dish followed by a layer of shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Bake the mixture for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the dip is heated through. If desired, you can broil for the last few minutes for a golden-brown top.
Serving
  1. Garnish the dip with extra buffalo sauce or a sprinkle of fresh chives, if you wish, then serve hot with tortilla chips and celery sticks for dipping.

Notes

For a spicier dip, add a pinch of cayenne pepper or a dash of your favorite hot sauce to the mixture before baking. You can also use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch for a different flavor profile.
