Sauce
  • 24 ounces marinara sauce
Cheese
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.5 cups Parmesan cheese, grated

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Cook Pasta
  1. Boil the ziti pasta according to package directions until al dente, then drain it well.
Combine Ingredients
  1. In a large bowl, mix the cooked ziti, marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
Assemble and Bake
  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top, and bake for 10-15 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Notes

For extra flavor, add some Italian sausage or ground beef to the marinara sauce. You can also mix in some fresh basil or oregano before baking.
