Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grab a medium-sized baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing, mixing until well combined and creamy.
  3. Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the chicken mixture.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly into your prepared baking dish, then sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden.
  2. Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the mixture. If you don't have ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing can be a good substitute. This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven or microwave.
