Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grab a medium-sized baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing, mixing until well combined and creamy.
- Stir in half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the chicken mixture.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly into your prepared baking dish, then sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese on top is melted and lightly golden.
- Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serving
- Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or pita bread.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the mixture. If you don't have ranch dressing, blue cheese dressing can be a good substitute. This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated in the oven or microwave.
