- Fold in the breadcrumbs until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Cooking
- Pan-fry the crab cakes in a non-stick pan with a little oil over medium heat until golden brown and heated through, about 3-5 minutes per side.
- Alternatively, bake the crab cakes on a baking sheet at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
Notes
For best results, use fresh, high-quality lump crab meat. Be gentle when mixing to avoid breaking up the crab.
