Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
Mixing
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Baking
- Drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still soft.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can lightly toast the cranberries before adding them to the dough. You can also substitute dark chocolate chips for white chocolate chips if preferred.
