Preparation
- In a large bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cooking

Notes
For extra fluffy waffles, separate the egg whites and beat them to soft peaks before gently folding them into the batter as the last step. This will add air and a lighter texture to your waffles.
