- In a large bowl, combine the shredded or diced cooked chicken, chopped celery, diced red onion, and halved grapes.
- In a small separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Dijon mustard, fresh dill, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken and vegetable mixture, then toss gently to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld, optionally serving on lettuce cups, bread, or with crackers.
Notes
