Preparation
- To make the dough, combine flour, water, and salt in a bowl, then knead until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- For the filling, mix the chopped cabbage, ground pork, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chopped green onions in a large bowl.
Assembly and Cooking
- Roll out the dough thinly and cut into small circles, then place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold to create dumplings.
- Boil the dumplings in salted water for 5-7 minutes, or until they float and are cooked through.
Notes
For extra flavor, pan-fry the boiled dumplings until golden brown on one side. Serve with a dipping sauce of soy sauce, vinegar, and a touch of chili oil.
