Main Salad
  • 2 medium Cucumbers sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Dill chopped
  • 1/4 small Red Onion thinly sliced
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons White Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the thinly sliced cucumbers, chopped fresh dill, and thinly sliced red onion.
  2. In a small separate bowl, whisk together the sour cream (or Greek yogurt), white vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumber mixture and gently toss to coat all the ingredients evenly.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, let the salad chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. You can also add a pinch of garlic powder to the dressing for extra flavor, or substitute apple cider vinegar for white vinegar.
