Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.
  2. In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, and melted butter.
Cooking

  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the griddle.
  4. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
