Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup Bacon bits (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Hot sauce (optional, for a kick)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and dill pickle juice. Mix until smooth.
  2. Stir in the finely chopped dill pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce (if using).
  3. Fold in the bacon bits (if using). Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
Chill and Serve
  1. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  2. Before serving, garnish with fresh chopped dill.

Notes

For best results, let the dip chill for at least an hour. Serve with potato chips, pretzels, or sliced vegetables.
