Growing Zucchini
- Plant 2-3 zucchini seeds directly into the potting soil, ensuring they are about 1 inch deep and spaced roughly 3 feet apart to allow for growth.
- Water the planted seeds immediately after planting and continue to water regularly, especially during dry periods, keeping the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged.
- Provide plenty of sunlight (at least 6-8 hours daily) and monitor for squash bugs or other pests, treating them organically if possible to ensure healthy plant development for approximately 60 days.
- Harvest the zucchini when they reach your desired size, typically 6-8 inches long, by carefully cutting them from the vine, and then you can use them to make zoodles.
Notes
This "recipe" is actually a guide on how to grow zucchini. If you intend to make zoodles, you'll need a spiralizer once the zucchini are harvested.
