Growing Zucchini
  1. Plant 2-3 zucchini seeds directly into the potting soil, ensuring they are about 1 inch deep and spaced roughly 3 feet apart to allow for growth.
  2. Water the planted seeds immediately after planting and continue to water regularly, especially during dry periods, keeping the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged.
  3. Provide plenty of sunlight (at least 6-8 hours daily) and monitor for squash bugs or other pests, treating them organically if possible to ensure healthy plant development for approximately 60 days.
  4. Harvest the zucchini when they reach your desired size, typically 6-8 inches long, by carefully cutting them from the vine, and then you can use them to make zoodles.

Notes

This "recipe" is actually a guide on how to grow zucchini. If you intend to make zoodles, you'll need a spiralizer once the zucchini are harvested.
