Classic Baked Tenders
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow dishes.
- Season tenders with salt and pepper, then dredge each in flour, dip in egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place tenders on the baking sheet and bake for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.
Notes
For extra flavor, add paprika or garlic powder to the flour mixture.
