Key Lime Filling
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 3 large egg yolks
Topping & Garnish
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • lime zest and slices optional

Instructions
  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter; then press the mixture firmly into a 9-inch pie plate to create the crust.
  2. Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and egg yolks until smooth, then pour this filling evenly into the prepared crust.
  3. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours, or until fully set, and optionally garnish with whipped cream and lime zest before serving.

Notes

Ensure the pie chills completely for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to achieve the perfect set and texture. Garnish with fresh lime zest or slices for an extra touch of elegance and flavor.
