  • 4 oz crab meat, flaked
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and clean the mushrooms, then carefully remove the stems and finely chop them.
  2. Brush the mushroom caps lightly with olive oil and set them aside.
Spinach and Feta Mushrooms
  1. In a bowl, combine spinach, feta, minced garlic, and softened cream cheese.
  2. Fill four mushroom caps with the spinach and feta mixture.
Sausage and Herb Mushrooms
  1. Cook the bulk sausage until browned, then drain any excess fat.
  2. Mix the cooked sausage with breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, and chopped parsley.
  3. Fill four mushroom caps with the sausage and herb mixture.
Crab and Chive Mushrooms
  1. Gently combine the flaked crab meat with mayonnaise, chopped chives, and lemon juice.
  2. Fill the remaining four mushroom caps with the crab and chive mixture.
Baking
  1. Arrange all stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until tender and lightly golden.
