Preparation
- Brown the ground beef or turkey in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water, bringing the mixture to a simmer; cook for 5-7 minutes until the liquid has reduced and the meat is fully cooked.
- In five separate bowls, divide the chopped romaine lettuce as the base.
- Evenly distribute the cooked taco meat, cherry tomatoes, black beans, corn, diced avocado, and shredded cheddar cheese among the bowls.
Serving
- Top each taco bowl with a dollop of salsa and sour cream or Greek yogurt.
- Serve immediately, optionally garnished with crushed tortilla chips.
