Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and slice the bread lengthwise or into individual slices, depending on your preference.
  2. In a small bowl, cream together softened butter, minced garlic, chopped fresh parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assembly & Baking
  1. Evenly spread the garlic butter mixture over the cut sides of the bread.
  2. For Cheesy Garlic Bread, sprinkle shredded cheese over the buttered bread before baking.
  3. For Herbed Garlic Bread, mix dried herbs into the garlic butter.
  4. For Spicy Garlic Bread, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
  5. For Sweet Garlic Bread, mix honey or maple syrup and cinnamon into the garlic butter.
  6. Place the bread directly on the oven rack or on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and fragrant.
Finishing
