Preparation
- Cut the chicken breast into thin strips or cubes.
- Combine soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic in a bowl to create the marinade.

Cooking
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, making sure not to overcrowd them.
- Grill or pan-fry the chicken skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- While the chicken is cooking, prepare the peanut sauce by mixing peanut butter, coconut milk, lime juice, soy sauce, and chili flakes (if using) in a small bowl until smooth.

- Serve the cooked chicken satay skewers immediately, with the prepared peanut sauce on the side for dipping.
