  • 250 grams Pasta
  • 180 grams Pesto Sauce
  • 200 grams Cherry Tomatoes
  • 50 grams Parmesan Cheese Grated

  • 2 tablespoons Pine Nuts Toasted

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil a pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package directions.
  2. While pasta cooks, halve the cherry tomatoes and grate the Parmesan cheese.
  3. Drain the cooked pasta, reserving a small amount of pasta water.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the hot pasta with pesto, cherry tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed for creaminess.
  5. Toss well and serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil and toasted pine nuts if desired.

Notes

For an extra burst of flavor, try roasting the cherry tomatoes before adding them to the pasta. You can also add grilled chicken or shrimp for a more substantial meal.
