Making the Sauce
- Combine all sauce ingredients in a small saucepan.

Notes
For best results, use fresh tamarind paste. Adjust the chili garlic sauce to your preferred spice level. This sauce can be used immediately or stored for later use in Pad Thai or other stir-fry dishes.
