  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 0.5 cup half-and-half

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add chicken breasts, great northern beans, cannellini beans, corn, green chiles, chopped onion, minced garlic, and chicken broth to the slow cooker.
  2. Stir in chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and easily shredded.
  2. Remove chicken breasts from the slow cooker and shred them using two forks; return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker.
  3. Add softened cream cheese and half-and-half to the slow cooker, stirring until the cream cheese is fully melted and the chili is creamy.
