Preparation
- Chop the bacon into small pieces and cut the cabbage into 1-inch squares.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy.
- Remove the bacon, setting aside a tablespoon of bacon fat in the skillet, and add the chopped onion. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Cooking
