Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly flour a 9-inch pie crust.
Make the Filling
- In a large bowl, whisk together the canned pumpkin puree, heavy cream, eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until thoroughly combined.
- Stir in the cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, clove, and allspice until the spices are evenly distributed throughout the pumpkin mixture.
Bake the Pie
- Pour the pumpkin filling into the prepared pie crust and carefully transfer it to the preheated oven.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
Cool and Serve
- Allow the pie to cool completely on a wire rack for at least 2-3 hours before slicing and serving. This ensures it sets properly.
