Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and apply a generous amount of BBQ rub to all sides of the ribs.
Cooking
- Place the ribs on a baking sheet lined with foil and cook in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until tender.
- During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce every 10 minutes.
Serving
- Remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can marinate the ribs in the BBQ rub overnight. Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the ribs and your desired tenderness. Basting frequently will create a delicious sticky glaze.
