Method
 

Corn and Tomato Salad
  1. Cook the corn by boiling or grilling until tender, then cut the kernels off the cobs.
  2. Halve cherry tomatoes, finely dice the red onion, and chop fresh basil.
  3. Combine corn, tomatoes, onion, and basil in a bowl.
  4. Whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper, then pour over the salad and toss to coat.
Cucumber and Dill Salad
  1. Thinly slice the English cucumbers and finely chop the fresh dill.
  2. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, white wine vinegar, and minced garlic.
