  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 0.5 banana sliced
  • 0.25 teaspoon cinnamon
Apple Cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup diced apple
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon
Mixed Berry
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup mixed berries fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Peanut Butter Banana Overnight Oats
  1. Combine all Peanut Butter Banana ingredients in a jar or container and stir well.
Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats
  1. Mix all Apple Cinnamon ingredients in a separate jar or container and stir thoroughly.
Mixed Berry Overnight Oats
  1. Combine all Mixed Berry ingredients in a third jar or container and mix until well combined.
Chill and Serve
  1. Cover each jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or, preferably, overnight.
  2. In the morning, stir the oats and enjoy cold; add a splash of milk if a thinner consistency is desired.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the sweetness and toppings to your liking. If using frozen berries, they will thaw overnight and release their juices, adding extra flavor and moisture.
