Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Pat the tilapia fillets dry with paper towels.
Seasoning & Baking
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the tilapia fillets in the prepared baking dish and brush both sides with the seasoning mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of fresh parsley or cilantro after baking. Adjust seasoning to your taste. This recipe works well with other white fish fillets as well.
