Seeds and Soil
  • 5 packets Chili seeds
  • 10 liters Potting mix Well-draining variety recommended
  • 2 liters Perlite For aeration
Fertilizer and Water
  • 50 ml Liquid fertilizer Balanced NPK ratio
  • Water As needed

  • 5 units Small pots For starting seeds
  • 5 units Larger pots For transplanting, minimum 10L capacity

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Mix potting mix with perlite in a 5:1 ratio to ensure good drainage and aeration for your chili plants.
  2. Fill the small pots with this prepared soil mixture, leaving about an inch of space from the rim.
Planting Seeds
  1. Plant 2-3 chili seeds in the center of each small pot, about 0.5 cm deep.
  2. Gently cover the seeds with soil and lightly water the pots until the soil is moist.
Care and Transplanting
  1. Place the pots in a warm spot with indirect sunlight and keep the soil consistently moist.
  2. Once seedlings are 10-15 cm tall, select the strongest plant from each pot and carefully transplant it into a larger pot filled with fresh potting mix.
  3. Water thoroughly after transplanting and begin regular feeding with liquid fertilizer every two weeks.
