Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Wash the peaches, halve them, and remove the pits.
Grilling
- Brush the cut side of each peach with melted butter.
- Place the peaches cut-side down on the preheated grill and cook for 3-5 minutes, until grill marks appear and the peaches begin to soften.
- Flip the peaches and grill for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
Serving
- Remove the grilled peaches from the grill and arrange them on serving plates.
- Drizzle generously with honey, and if desired, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can sprinkle a little brown sugar or a pinch of chili powder on the peaches before grilling.
