  • 4 medium peaches
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp butter melted

  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream per serving
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  2. Wash the peaches, halve them, and remove the pits.
Grilling
  1. Brush the cut side of each peach with melted butter.
  2. Place the peaches cut-side down on the preheated grill and cook for 3-5 minutes, until grill marks appear and the peaches begin to soften.
  3. Flip the peaches and grill for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
Serving
  1. Remove the grilled peaches from the grill and arrange them on serving plates.
  2. Drizzle generously with honey, and if desired, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can sprinkle a little brown sugar or a pinch of chili powder on the peaches before grilling.
