  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets

  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Water

Preparation
  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, then drain any excess fat and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, grated ginger, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water to create the stir-fry sauce.
Cooking
  1. Add a little oil to the same skillet or wok, then stir-fry the broccoli, carrots, and bell pepper for 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
  2. Return the cooked ground beef to the skillet with the vegetables.
  3. Pour the prepared sauce over the beef and vegetables, stirring until it thickens and coats everything evenly.

Notes
