Preparation
- Preheat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat.

- Place the oiled tortilla face down in the preheated skillet.

- Place another tortilla on top of the filling.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool slightly before slicing.
- Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas and fillings.

Serve with your favorite salsa, guacamole, or sour cream. For extra flavor, sprinkle some chili powder or cumin with the cheese. Adjust the amount of filling per quesadilla based on your preference; do not overfill to ensure proper cooking.
