  • 5 oz Spinach
  • 1 cup Strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup Pecans chopped
  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Red Onion thinly sliced (optional)
Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • Black Pepper pinch

Method
 

Preparation
