  • 1 cup Cooked rice brown or white
  • 1/2 lb Cooked chicken or beef sliced or shredded
  • 1 can Canned black beans rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup Corn kernels fresh, frozen, or canned
  • 1/4 cup Salsa your favorite type
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 1/4 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1/2 Avocado diced
  • 1/2 Lime juiced

Equipment

  • Two medium bowls
  • Can opener (if using canned ingredients)

Method
 

Assembly
  1. Divide the cooked rice evenly between two bowls.
