- Wash and thinly slice one medium cucumber. Gently muddle the fresh mint leaves to release their flavor.
- Combine the sliced cucumber and muddled mint leaves in a pitcher or jar. Add 4 cups of cold water to the pitcher.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
Notes
For an extra burst of flavor, add a few slices of lemon or lime. You can refill the pitcher with water 2-3 times before the flavors start to fade. Enjoy within 24-48 hours for optimal freshness.
