  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Preparation
  1. Slice the chicken breasts into thin cutlets and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Melt two tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add chicken to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through; remove chicken and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt the remaining two tablespoons of butter with minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  4. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for 2-3 minutes, ensuring it is well coated.
