Prepare the Fish
- Pat the fish fillets dry with paper towels, then brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat, then grill the fish for 3-4 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
Assemble the Tacos
- Warm the tortillas according to package directions, then flake the grilled fish into bite-sized pieces.
- Divide the fish among the warm tortillas, then top with shredded cabbage, a squeeze of lime, salsa, sour cream or Greek yogurt, and fresh cilantro.
Serve and Enjoy
- Add any desired optional toppings, such as avocado, sliced red onion, or jalapeño, then serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the fish for 15-30 minutes before grilling. You can also make a quick slaw by tossing the shredded cabbage with a drizzle of lime juice, olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
