Ingredients
  

Taco Ingredients
  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 8 Taco shells corn or flour
  • 2 cups Cabbage shredded
  • 1 Lime cut into wedges
  • 1 Avocado sliced
Shrimp Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 0.5 tsp Cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
Taco Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha or to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; add the shrimp and toss to coat.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Cook the seasoned shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until pink and cooked through; remove from heat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, sriracha, and lime juice to create the taco sauce.
Assembly
  1. Warm the taco shells according to package instructions.
  2. Fill each taco shell with shredded cabbage, cooked shrimp, sliced avocado, and a drizzle of the taco sauce.
  3. Serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.

Notes

For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the shrimp seasoning. You can also customize your toppings with salsa, pico de gallo, or pickled red onions.
