Preparation
  1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness for uniform cooking.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
Marinating and Grilling
  1. Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring it is fully coated, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  3. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

Notes
