Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. Toast your bread to your desired crispness. While the bread is toasting, halve and pit the avocado.
Mash the Avocado
  1. Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl, then add lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mash with a fork until desired consistency.
Assemble the Base
  1. Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.
Add Toppings (Choose one of the following variations)
  1. For Classic Everything Bagel: Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning over the avocado. For Spicy Sriracha: Drizzle sriracha and sprinkle red pepper flakes. For Egg & Chili Oil: Top with a fried or poached egg and drizzle chili oil.
