- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.

- Rub the seasoning mixture generously over both sides of the chicken thighs.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the skin is crispy and golden brown.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy skin, you can broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning. Serve with your favorite side dishes like roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
