Preparation
- Prepare the grill by preheating it to medium-high heat (about 375-400°F). Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to create a seasoning rub.
- Brush both sides of each chicken breast with the seasoning rub, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the preheated grill. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. This allows the juices to redistribute, keeping the chicken moist.
