  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Chocolate Flavor
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Strawberry Flavor
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
Vanilla Flavor
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Whip the heavy cream in a large mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk gently until well combined, making sure not to deflate the cream.
Flavoring and Freezing
  1. Divide the base mixture into three equal parts.
  2. For chocolate, fold in cocoa powder and chocolate chips into one part.
  3. For strawberry, fold in strawberry puree into the second part.
  4. For vanilla, fold in vanilla extract and vanilla bean paste into the third part.
  5. Transfer each flavored mixture into separate freezer-safe containers.
  6. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm.

Notes

For best results, ensure the heavy cream is very cold before whipping. You can experiment with other flavorings like coffee, mint, or fruit purees. Serve with your favorite toppings such as sprinkles, nuts, or an extra drizzle of chocolate syrup.
