- Combine spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, vegetable broth, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a large pot.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, or until the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed.
- Stir in fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately and garnish with extra basil and Parmesan if desired.
Notes
Adjust the amount of vegetable broth based on your desired sauce consistency. For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream at the end.
