- Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels and season generously with lemon pepper seasoning on both sides.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cooking
- Place chicken in the hot skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from skillet, add lemon juice and zest to the pan, stirring to deglaze, then pour over the chicken.
Serving
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving, optionally garnished with fresh parsley.
