- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gently wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp cloth, then carefully remove the stems.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper, mixing until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Carefully spoon the cream cheese mixture into the mushroom caps, ensuring each cap is generously filled.
- Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the filling is golden brown and bubbly.
Notes
For an extra touch, sprinkle a little paprika on top of the stuffed mushrooms before baking. You can also add finely chopped mushroom stems to the filling mixture for more mushroom flavor and to reduce waste.
