  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gently wipe the mushrooms clean with a damp cloth, then carefully remove the stems.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper, mixing until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. Carefully spoon the cream cheese mixture into the mushroom caps, ensuring each cap is generously filled.
  4. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the filling is golden brown and bubbly.

Notes

For an extra touch, sprinkle a little paprika on top of the stuffed mushrooms before baking. You can also add finely chopped mushroom stems to the filling mixture for more mushroom flavor and to reduce waste.
